By accessing or using Gullwing AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Gullwing AI provides AI visibility monitoring and reporting for car dealerships. The Service scans AI search platforms (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Grok), audits dealership websites, and generates visibility scores and recommendations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We offer free website readiness scans without requiring an account. Free scans use cached AI platform data and provide a limited readiness report. Creating a free account unlocks additional features at no cost; paid (Pro) plans add full AI platform queries, competitor analysis, and ongoing monitoring. Plan features and pricing are those displayed at the time of signup and may be updated from time to time.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is the property of Gullwing AI. Reports and data generated for your dealership are licensed to you for your business use. You may share reports with colleagues and stakeholders but may not resell them.
AI visibility scores and recommendations are based on queries to third-party AI platforms. Results may vary over time as these platforms update their models and data. We do not guarantee specific visibility scores, rankings, or outcomes. The Service provides monitoring and insights, not guaranteed results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gullwing AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI platform data will be complete or accurate at all times.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
